LOGIS coatings protect and prolong the life of plants, buildings and objects.
Protective coating in freight traffic: Coatings for loading areas and tail lifts in commercial vehicles usually have to meet several requirements: slip-resistant, noise-reducing and wear-resistant.
Wear-resistant polyurethane plastic floors for trucks and refrigerated vehicles.
Noise-absorbing and non-slip coating systems for tail lifts and drive-over ramps.

When roller containers are used, LOGIS coatings reduce the noise level by up to -20 dBA compared to uncoated metal surfaces. LOGIS coatings improve slip resistance, especially in the case of food or frozen food transport. There is also corrosion protection, impact resistance is increased and freezing is prevented.
Public transport: In public transport such as trams or buses, the renewal of worn floor coverings and complete floor groups is also part of our coating solutions.
Our customers in this area include the Wiener Linien (Vienna trams), for whom LOGIS renovates the floor of trams.
Coatings in the building industry: LOGIS coatings protect innovative wood constructions against weather and environmental influences, are, depending on the application, flame-retardant, UV and ozone resistant, vapour diffusible, crack-bridging, elastic, anti-static and can be customized in colour.
Sheathing of load carriers: We develop systems for the protection of sensitive transport goods for various industrial sectors. For example, a special coating technology is used to coat critical parts of the load carriers, for example in the contact area with the transported goods, or to coat the complete load carrier. Damage to the transported goods during loading, transport and unloading is avoided. The transport system itself receives additional wear and corrosion protection through the coating and thus a considerably longer service life. There is no need for repackaging of the goods to be transported or additional constructions on the load carrier such as glued-on “protectors”. Depending on customer requirements, soft, shock-absorbing and abrasion-resistant elastomer layers of 0.3 mm up to a thickness of several centimetres can be applied in a single operation. By using suitable primer systems, the LOGIS coating adheres to almost all materials such as steel, aluminum, wood, plastic (including PS, ABS, GFK, UP).
Our coating processes are suitable for a wide range of applications. When developing the processes and the coating materials, the focus is on the individual requirements of our customers and the result that is to be achieved with the coating. The necessary coating equipment and coating systems are developed in-house by LOGIS and its partner companies.
Coating plants and technology
The different properties that coatings must have and each application requires an individual solution: a perfect result can only be achieved if the coating material, the coating system and the coating technology are optimally matched.
The coating systems and techniques that LOGIS has designed and implemented for its customers include high and low pressure coating systems, spray guns with static mixers or counter-current injection – spray guns.
We advise our customers on the selection of the optimum technology. We ensure that the systems are delivered to our customers and installed. Employees are instructed and trained by us.
Coating systems
When developing the coating systems, LOGIS matches the most varied properties of the coating material – e.g. hard, elastic, abrasion-resistant, sound-absorbing, UV-resistant or acid or base resistant – with the required processing method. We develop our systems on the basis of liquid plastics (e.g. polyurethane). These can be applied or sprayed by machine or by hand. Sophisticated process engineering and the use of highly reactive systems allow seamless coating of the most diverse shapes in one operation.
Design variants / colour chips
Coatings can be optically designed and adapted according to individual specifications by adding colour chips. Among other things, there is a choice of single-colour and multicoloured colour chips, with marble or structural effect or metallic colour chips.
