LOGIS GRIPS® PROTECT
PU-based coatings have been a proven solution to protect heavily used surfaces for many years.
Until now, however, the coating had to be applied manually, ideally before installation or with great effort and long downtimes when retrofitting on site. In addition, the quality of manual application is highly heterogeneous and replacement after wear is very costly.
LOGIS has managed to separate the production and application of high performance coatings. This leads to both a more homogeneous and higher quality production of the coating, as well as easier application directly on site. To achieve this, LOGIS has cooperated with DOW as one of the market leaders for PU systems and with Lohmann as a specialist for films.
Solutions that have proven themselves over many years can thus be easily and quickly retrofitted in top quality.

The LOGIS GRIPS® PROTECT components are manufactured fully automatically in quality assured processes in Germany. Their advantage is that the comprehensive certificates from TÜV and the professional association regarding slip resistance can be adopted without further tests on site.
Application is done according to the installation instructions. You can take these from our download area. It must be ensured that the substrate is clean, dry, as even as possible and free of grease.
LOGIS GRIPS® PROTECT can be positioned quite easily by rolling it out and cut to fit precisely.
If air bubbles appear, peel off the topping and press on again at a shallow angle.
Apart from mechanical damage requiring repair, LOGIS GRIPS® PROTECT are very durable.
No. LOGIS GRIPS® PROTECT do not rub off on any surface.
LOGIS GRIPS® PROTECT can be removed by peeling off the entire covering. If adhesive residues remain, these can be removed very easily with weak organic solvents such as isopropanol or ethyl ester.

Yes. LOGIS GRIPS® PROTECT can also be made up to your desired dimensions. However, you can also cut LOGIS GRIPS® PROTECT yourself at will using a cutter knife.
The surface is food safe, but not food safe. It can be used for the transport of food. However, there is no approval for direct contact with food.
Yes, LOGIS GRIPS® PROTECT can be applied to any surface. We do not use plasticizers that destroy plastics.
LOGIS GRIPS® PROTECT can be used for any equipment without any concerns. The material withstands temperatures from -40° to +80° degrees without any problems.
Yes, the surfaces can be easily cleaned by sweeping and/or with a high-pressure cleaner. This is also recommended at regular intervals to maintain safety.
