LOGIS GRIPS® INDUSTRY GREY is a mat made with an innovative process.

The mats are made of recycled soft PVC and have a high fiber content, which is why they combine many key advantages. For this reason, our mats are extremely robust, do not break and can easily withstand high loads. This makes them ideal for garages, carports, warehouses, workshops or even horse stables.

Furthermore, they are insulating as well as insensitive to chemical substances and UV radiation. This makes them extremely durable and the ideal solution for many different purposes.

LOGIS GRIPS® INDUSTRY GREY is very easy to lay yourself.

The mats are each provided with tongue and groove, which are simply raked into each other. If cutting is necessary, this can be done easily with a circular saw, jigsaw or reciprocating saw. To deburr the cut edges, it is best to use a cutter or carpet knife.

Due to the flame-retardant nature of the mat, it can also be used in exhibition halls without any problems with regard to the Ordinance on Places of Assembly.

Installation: The installation of the indoor mat / box mat should be done on a solid surface. However, small unevenness and cracks in existing floors do not pose a problem. On unpaved floors, the use of a geotextile (GRK3) is recommended. The load capacity depends on the bearing capacity of the subsoil. However, the load-bearing capacity of soft soils is increased in any case by using the inner mat. In order to create the greatest possible stability of the mat composite, the mats must be laid in an offset pattern. To reduce waste, the remaining piece of the first row can be used as the starting piece of the second row.

Processing note: All mats can be cut to size with commercially available circular, jigsaw, saber and chain saws.
